すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the flow of this class and the instructors energy really kept me motivated. Also having access to the gym after the workout was a nice plus. They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

The perfect mix between focusing on technique and having a good workout which includes some more explosive movements for conditioning and some weight lifting. Rocco also really takes the time to make sure your technique is right to prevent injury and to further develop your skills
