すべてのレビューを表示I loveeeed this class because it had true Pilates principles and we moved with control, but still had some contemporary flair and some standing work like squats etc. The sequence made a lot of sense — core, side-lying, arms, then legs — and it was a great push without feeling like there was a lot of complicated choreography for TikTok. Playlist was FIRE, I love when a Miami local makes playlists; iykyk. The studio is very beautiful and the staff at the front desk were all friendly. My HUGE piece of constructive criticism though is to give the instructor a mic! Felt bad like she was having to yell over the music. A mic in a room that size makes the experience better for clients and more sustainable for instructors.

But honestly, I had the most incredible experience. I showed up soaking wet because I got caught in the rain on the way. The girl at reception — I’m not sure if she was the owner, manager, or administrator — was super sweet and dried my soaking wet hoodie and grocery bag in the dryer while I was getting my manicure and pedicure. Mercy did my nails. She was very fast, super professional, and my nails look fantastic. Both the manicure and pedicure only took an hour. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back.

But Lucy really listened to that and toned it down so it was just right. Loved the use of hot stones, hot towels, and the stretching. It’s a very pain environment and you can tell that the master stylist Mr. Spacagna has passion for what he does. When you walk in, he has a very warm and welcome energy, making the effort to personalize your experience, engaging in good conversation and giving his honest and best recommendations for what fits you best. The playlist was one of my favorite parts when it was hair wash time he gave the best head massage. Not to mention that the chairs have a massager aswell that was my first time getting my hair wash while I’m getting a massage by t type chair which was a 10 out of 10. He was efficient.
