You can take the workout as intense or slow as you like, I’d describe it as less chaotic F45. The coaches Patrick and Oscar were really welcoming and helpful fixing form, my partner was also super nice & friendly. I enjoyed the feel good tunes but some higher tempo would ‘t go amiss! Will definitely be back!

The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose. It’s refreshing to go to a studio that isn’t focused on loud music, crazy heat and insta aesthetics and instead reminds you what yoga is really all about. Thanks Shira :)
