すべてのレビューを表示For a community yoga practice this was fire! 🔥 Kency was superb. She guided us on a nice flow into the yin portion which was really healing. She gives great adjustments and verbal cues to get you into your place. Also the practice room is spacious and bright. Very cool studio!

They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

I loved how much thought and intention went into the class, you can tell she really takes the time to make sure everything flows seamlessly.
