すべてのレビューを表示I really like the studio, Frank is great. My only critique is that it feels like the workouts have gotten repetitive. Not sure if Studio Three requires them to follow a program or if it’s up to coach preference but I would love to have new formats. Maybe a different divide of time at each station or even just one round around the room. This isn’t going to stop me from coming because I literally love Franks coaching style and the studio is so wonderful. Just a suggestion for repeat customers! Will be back sooonnnnn

They’re always giving helpful tips and adjustments so you’re really working the right muscles. The vibe is awesome, and the music is so good—it keeps the energy up and makes the class fly by. You’ll leave feeling strong, motivated and a little sore every time. If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout with instructors who really care, this is the class for you.
