    I have enjoyed coming here this far. This place was quite the discovery for me in a time where I needed to really release. It is a peaceful place to truly reset. Naturally, the experience is meditative. I feel present in my physical body during the experience. Laura, at the desk, was helpful to me on my first day. I appreciate the kind and warm welcome she offers each time I come.

    First time at this location and it blows away the River Oaks location. It was nice that they offer parking validation, makes parking a little least stressful if you don’t live downtown. Five dollars for a bottle of water was a bit insane lol, but that what I get for not being prepared. Phillips energy was amazing and I’m happy I got to attend one of his first classes back. I couldn’t have chosen a better time to come, it’s “hell week”. I plan to book during the rest of the week

    I was so appreciative of such a wonderful and thoughtful instructor. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and working out has become anxiety ridden for me because I’ve been to studios where I’m made to feel like a burden for needing help with substitutions. Jessa was so kind and attentive to me willingly helping me get through the class and it empowered me and gave me some confidence back in myself I had lost. I’ll be forever grateful for her kindness she showed to me.

    Giorgi (Crystal) is amazing! I don’t run at all and haven’t since high school (I’m now 28) and was very scared to take this class. I checked in and the girls were super friendly! Then they walked me through the room before the lights turned red. I started on floor then did tread. It gets a little trafficky with returning weights and switch sides but everyone is super considerate. I stayed at a pace a lot lower than what was being called out and based it on if I could jog or sprint, so it was really easy to manage at my own speed. I’m a lot better at weight training so that was pretty easy to follow along. Sometimes it’s hard to see where the instructor is demoing but it’s easy to look around and figure out the movements. Overall, definitely would come back!

    I can’t stop coming back to Fire Stride! It’s simultaneously the most interesting and intense workout I’ve ever done. The first fifteen minutes I think I can go forever, the next fifteen minutes I don’t think I’m going to make it out alive, and then suddenly it’s another half hour later and we’re all done. Switching it up from tread to floor keeps me engaged and makes it fly by. I appreciate how the instructors provide modifications for the floor exercises as I have wrist and other joint issues. I had been training slowly from couch to beginner runner for about a year with a focus on building endurance, and I’ve noticed a major increase in power, speed and stamina since incorporating Fire Stride’s HIIT classes for even just a few weeks. It’s a game changer. I can tell the core work has made a big difference in my posture and form already. I appreciate the mental challenge of pushing myself when I think I’ve got nothing left to give. I’ve really enjoyed all the instructors I’ve met so far and their individual but consistently motivating styles. I look forward to every class.

    Excellent trainer (Kristy), very well run program, with clean and organized facility. The workout was challenging and easy to modify for my injury. The classmates and staff were very welcoming and supportive. Cant wait to go back for more!

    Great workout…challenging and fun. Cory provided modifications as needed and was super friendly. Workout facility was nice. I’ll definitely plan for this to be in my regular line up of classes.

    Love this class & the instructor is great! I enjoy seeing the staff, especially Pedro who is always checking in & super encouraging. Fellow ClassPass users- Matrix Club does limit one pass for each of their workout classes, but after that they will charge the non member fee.
