She is one of the easiest instructors to follow (sometimes instructors go really fast, or don’t show moves and I get lost) but I can always keep up with her and love that she gives modifications and advancements. Always a 10/10 playlist and I leave feeling so refreshed!

すべてのレビューを表示This experience stood out to me! It was my first time back exercising in a while. I had a major “oh no” moment when I felt like quitting after 10 minutes. Charlie was a great instructor. When my squat jumps weren’t squatting or jumping I didn’t quit and I felt genuinely encouraged by Charlie! Thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示Intense class ! This instructor brings the moves and makes it fun. He’s a great teacher and for me as a beginner it was hard to keep up with the moves/choreography but i enjoyed it and i can hopefully improve ! Would highly recommend this class

すべてのレビューを表示Ethan is a phenomenal instructor! High energy, motivating, engaged with the class, & was really informative and helpful with form and cues. I don’t recommend Barry’s to any beginners tho as the class is extremely fast paced. As someone who is experienced, I, myself was confused at times when first starting. Although I rate this class 5 stars bc I do absolutely love the concept of Barry’s, I rate the overall atmosphere of the studio a 3/5. The clientele and staff are not very friendly at times and the demeanor of others can really kill your vibe.

すべてのレビューを表示As a first timer, Al made each of us feel so special by having the OG’s cheer us on as he introduced us. Al’s energy was also unmatched! Definitely makes you push yourself to the limit. He was also very encouraging to support those working out next to you. Cheering each other on! You don’t get that often in these large group workouts. The gym over all was so clean! The women’s locker room was clean with great higher end products. The staff checking in was also so nice! 12/10 experience! Def going back!

すべてのレビューを表示I love this gym. I love their strength classes for giving me an opportunity to lift in a class setting without it being a HIIT workout. All of their coaches are great, but I love how Chance hypes people up and also calls me out if I need to lift something heavier.

すべてのレビューを表示Love Maya’s energy! Only thing is she tends to end class at the 45 minute mark (instead of other instructors who usually use up the full 49 minutes). I personally like getting the full amount of time of workout in, but great for ppl who prefer a longer stretch at the end!

すべてのレビューを表示WOW. I had the greatest experience for my first Barry’s class. From the moment I walked in the front desk girls and instructor were so friendly and welcoming. The class itself was super hard - but it felt so good to push myself like that. Not something I would/physically could do every day but I will definitely be incorporating Barry’s into my routine a couple times a week.

すべてのレビューを表示I was a little worried about a treadmill class (55 mins running on a treadmill sounds miserable), BUT the time passes so quickly. You are constantly moving your pace and incline around. I also took a hybrid class so we had some weight lifting incorporated. The studio did a great job showing how the machines worked and the structure of the class.

The only thing I would advise is the parking and checking in. It’s a bit confusing so just ask the cafe in the front for check in information. Other than that it was so much fun!!

Aliyah taught the class in a more active way than my previous experience but it still provided a lot of good stretching along with some minor strength training movements. I think it's still good for beginners and she was very open to people modifying as needed.

I love this studio & have tried different classes/instructors but today’s class makes the top 5 favorite spin classes list for the year 2024. The choreography & playlist had me feeling myself yet dripping a pound of sweat off. Would 100% recommend! The class theme was Spotify wrap! :)

すべてのレビューを表示Woah! Coach Q was so motivating! I will caveat this with saying that I do like cardio a lot, so this class was right up my alley. However, it was awesome to know that you can also do this class while power walking. I really appreciated the ups and downs, The Hills, and the inspirational coaching. This was SUCH a good workout! Highly recommend if you’re looking to burn some major calories and feel good after!

What stood out the most was how inclusive the environment was—there were participants of all fitness levels, which really helped calm my beginner nerves. The highlight of the experience was the instructor, Kara. She was incredibly welcoming and encouraging from the start.
