すべてのレビューを表示I love this gym. I love their strength classes for giving me an opportunity to lift in a class setting without it being a HIIT workout. All of their coaches are great, but I love how Chance hypes people up and also calls me out if I need to lift something heavier.

I felt like each person was genuinely interested in making sure i had a positive experience and received the knowledge needed to have a good workout as a first time attendee! すべてのレビューを表示I liked the class. It was challenging yet fun. Instructor was great with great cues. I wish the music was a little louder and the lights were turned down in the back row. All the other lights were down and we were lit up like a Christmas tree. Overall great class! Thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示Shannon, the studio owner, is the nicest person! She welcomed me so warmly as a first timer and really took the time to explain everything and introduce me to fellow members. Her energy is infectious, even in the 6am class she really brings out the best of you. I have never rowed before in any form and got into it quickly with her help. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try something new.
