He was incredible today, extremely knowledge about form and quick to correct without embarrassment if he noticed something wrong. EnergyX is lucky to have him and this will not be my last class with him. One of the best workout classes I’ve taken in a long time

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

It was my first time rowing but after her instruction, I felt comfortable & confident. Music was great, intensity was a perfect level even for someone brand new to it. I will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I took the "Freaky Friday" class, focused on lower body, and had a fantastic experience. I didn't realize it was lower body day and explained my knee injury to the staff. They were super accommodating and modified my workout to ensure it was both effective and comfortable. The class was great, and the staff was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back! :)
