    Coach David has nailed the balance between pushing you to your limits while still allowing you to take the class at your own pace. He was incredible today, extremely knowledge about form and quick to correct without embarrassment if he noticed something wrong.     The instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

    Freaky Friday

    I took the "Freaky Friday" class, focused on lower body, and had a fantastic experience. I didn't realize it was lower body day and explained my knee injury to the staff. They were super accommodating and modified my workout to ensure it was both effective and comfortable. The class was great, and the staff was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back! :)
