I also got really lucky this time being near two other women (Avery, shoutout to YoU, girl!) who helped make this class feel like this is what I wish the world felt like every day for us … women supporting and vibing with one another, creating an atmosphere that feels naturally safe and uplifting :)

The only issue was I didn’t know when it was done because it didn’t turn off so I was in there an extra ten minutes and it wore me out lol. I heard a little beep and thought it was a countdown but apparently it was when it was done. I assumed the machine would turn off completely but apparently the heat turns off and the lights stay on so you will still think it’s on. Next time I’ll set a timer on my phone and bring headphones! Great experience overall, just some little nuances to figure out!

One of my favorite parts of the experience was having my own individual sauna. It was peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Having that personal space allowed me to disconnect from the outside world, slow down, and truly focus on myself. The entire experience felt elevated and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere where you can relax, recharge, and simply enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. Sometimes we all need to pause, breathe, relax, and reset, and ULU Wellness provided exactly that experience for me. If you’re in Austin and looking for a beautiful wellness experience with a private sauna, I highly recommend visiting ULU Wellness. Five stars for an incredible experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫

すべてのレビューを表示visiting from San Diego and very grateful to have found this heavenly reset sanctuary!! It helped me restore my lower back from driving 5.5hours and painting walls😂 in the last 2 days. Amazing experience starting with the 15min compression boots, 15-20min IR Sauna, rinse off, cold plunge 2-4min, hot tub, repeat cold plunge and finished with 10min LED lights. Andrea made me feel so welcome and took excellent care of my sequence answering all my questions. I highly recommend this!!
