I feel like I understand my hair better than I ever have, and she really went in depth explaining what I could be doing better, giving me a tour of the area, and asking great questions about the products I’m using, etc. I will absolutely be returning here!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Oh my gosh. I went to Vanessa on a whim because I was in dire need of a refresh. I can tell you as a picky gal- she nailed my blonde highlights and my hair cut. Not everyone can highlight and tone blondes correctly to the skin tone of the client, but she sure can. I gave her just generals of what I wanted and she somehow made it happen with just vague verbal prompting. She can also do the Rachel from Friends/Jennifer Aniston cut! But as a person, she was super kind and outgoing in just the right ways. I loved talking with her and loved my hair. A true salon win-win. (She also didn’t ask for a review/rating/anything of the sort. I’m always wary of the reviews on here because of that- so FYI, all of the reviews on here are legit customer experiences.)

I’m thinking to go do a Japanese straight perm next time but for now just enjoying my new holiday look. So many compliments. The salon looks really modern and clean and everyone was really nice. She is located inside MIX Salón and Spa, and booking directly with her is super flexible and easy — she really makes the whole process stress-free. Diana is friendly, easy-going, and great to work with. My hair looked gorgeous after the blow dry! After washing at home it felt a bit thicker than expected, so I’ll make sure to give clearer instructions next time —but that’s on me, not her. The studio itself has a lovely vibe with a cool salon and bar atmosphere and a cozy, semi-private booth that makes you feel right at home.
