すべてのレビューを表示You feel it primarily in your upper body at first but the field is working through out so towards the end of the session, I was able to feel it in my butt and legs. The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.

As someone with a background in Olympic weightlifting/almost a decade of strength training, I was… less than convinced this was gonna do anything at all, being mostly body weight and such a short class. I was SO wrong. Not only was it super quick, but it was as challenging as any “normal” (to me) workout without needing to “put in effort” the way you normally do. I’m still in disbelief at how challenging this was and how much my muscles feel like jello. If you’re like me and doubting how it could possibly be effective like I was, just try it for yourself! Roman, the instructor, was very attentive and helpful, and every person I spoke to was so friendly too! I can’t wait to go back :)
