すべてのレビューを表示I was able to try out beginner MMA and Muay Thai with Kajan, and jiu jitsu with Ridham. It’s fast paced depending on what you choose but they’re great instructors and helpful if it’s your first time! They also have all the gear if you need to borrow.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first conditioning kickboxing class and it was such a great workout. Though there were others there who had been doing it much longer, it still felt friendly and inviting for a beginner. Clear instruction, plenty of individualized attention, and lots of encouragement. The tip to bring a friend if you’re new is a good one if you’re someone who likes to feel extra comfortable, since there is some pairing up, but I imagine it would still be great if you couldn’t find someone. I’m so excited to come back!

The coach and all the ladies who are training with you are very much willing to share their knowledge and very patient in teaching techniques. They're very inclusive too and a fun class. it's always a good workout!
