You leave feeling so energized and invigorated, but it’s incredibly challenging and purposeful. Brandon’s energy is amazing from the moment class starts, and his cueing is so clear and intentional. He knows exactly how to guide you into the movement so you feel it in all the right places, which makes the workout incredibly effective. I can’t wait to come back!!

It was a dance workout with strength training at the end. The song mix was great too. Laurie suggested a modification on a move for me before class, and she accommodated me by setting the volume of the microphone to a comfortable level ... I would like to go back.

My classmates were so nice and friendly seeing as this was my first class. I pushed myself during the cardio portion of the class, so I really felt it.
