すべてのレビューを表示Brianna’s class was excellent—I loved it! She’s new to Buddha Bella, but not new to teaching, and it definitely shows. It was refreshing to experience a flow that felt similar to the usual sequence, yet different enough to be stimulating, engaging, and challenging. Her pacing and cues, combined with the heat, made for a terrific class. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Madeline gave a great class. Attention to breath and spirit as well as the physical form. She adjusted my warrior 2 and then did the same adjustment on the second side. Thank you! Beautiful studio space and lots of props. Renting a mat costs $2 which is not ideal for travelers (and in my opinion just not necessary). So bring your own mat. Weird and fun playlist.

The sequences in her Sunday class are always well thought out and I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. I will recommend her classes to everyone!
