すべてのレビューを表示Kristine was very welcoming and helpful. The class was peaceful and friendly for all levels as the instructor provided modifications for different levels. Kristine even showed us a pose at the end and took our picture! I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was not what I expected. It’s basically a meditation class with one or more of your legs in the hammock. There was very little yoga or even stretching. The space was lovely, the music was great and the instructor was wonderful. I don’t think it’s the best fit for me personally, but I will be checking out more movement based classes at this studio. Also, there was a really cool sound bath at the end for about 10 minutes, but I found it to be so loud I had to plug my ears. Not sure if it was because of the size of space or that I was close to the wall or what. Also, the music skipped a few times which took me out of my meditation so hopefully they fix that for the future. One more thing of note, it was very cold in the room. They provided blankets which was really helpful and thoughtful, but I would’ve preferred it to be warmer. If you get cold easily, I would suggest bringing a long sleeve top. All in all, totally worth a try, the class was full so clearly people love this style of practice, so if you’re leaning toward trying it, go for it!
