    I’ve never done an aerobics type class, and for my first time, I had a lot of fun! Non-stop movement, good energy and good fun. For other newbies, I’d say - be prepared for jumping/bouncing/running on the spot type cardio, along with lots of other fun movements. It was a welcoming, judgment free environment :)
