すべてのレビューを表示Something that i find frustrating in reformer and Pilates classes is when instructors don’t check on clients form. This class however I was impressed by how much attention there was to ensuring everyone was practicing correctly and safely - checking in with us and often asking which muscles we felt the burn which I find very useful in ensuring I am doing the right thing. It’s one of the only classes I’ve done where I felt I was pushed to the limit. 5 stars!

すべてのレビューを表示First time and tried both Nucalm and the Infrared Sauna for 30mins - I’ve never done either. Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)

The sauna itself was clean and already warmed up, and located near the ice baths. You have your own individual sauna but the saunas are in a communal space i.e. they are in a separate room from the main space but there are three saunas in that room. Not a deal breaker for me but worth knowing in case you prefer more privacy. Change rooms are spacious and there’s showers. I would book again!
