すべてのレビューを表示Had a great time, good circuit workout of about 8 stations, made up of two different exercises, doing each for 1 minute. You might like to know, this class attracts an older crowd (60+). I’m young but they made me feel very welcome, lovely people :) And it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, honestly no different to any other HIIT class; you can push yourself as hard as you want.
