She was able to give individualized support to those who needed it during class and helped me out when I had some issues with the reformer. The session was very beginner-friendly and modifications to make it easier or harder were also given!

すべてのレビューを表示It was fantastic! Jamiee has such an amazing style where she promotes strength and stability, in a slow burn way that you don’t expect. By end of the class you feel so strong yet so relaxed. I liked the silent, uninterrupted ending into the class and just the entire flow. Can’t wait to return!

すべてのレビューを表示Such a lovely studio with a very welcoming atmosphere.I love that the class was small, we were only 4, so the instructor was able to really focus on everyone’s form and give proper guidance. The session felt calm, supportive, and personalized. Definitely one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve had so far
