Modern, Sleek and Clean facilities, have to walk up 2 flight of stairs. 1st half of class were more Yoga-ish moves/Active Stretches. 2nd half of class focuses more on Breathwork while laying down. Special Headphones are used to enhance the breathwork experience, you can hear the teacher’s guidance and music. He is sending Reiki during this time and spritzed aromatherapy on us. Class ends with a little dance & very brief group sharing of names and how we’re feeling. Interesting experience & can see how therapeutic it can be for!
