    I like the slow pace of this class. Sometimes you just need a deep stretch and feel relaxed and that’s how I felt after the class. I also never took a yoga class with pillows and blankets. It was all new to me. I would recommend this class for healing and people who want to just take it easy with nice slow deep stretches.

    Came in a little late because I couldn’t find the entrance. You have to press the number of where you are going into the keypad to open the door. The class was fun, learned some tap dance moves, and even had a quick improvising session toward the end. It was a chill class and the instructor was really nice. The overall atmosphere of the class (5 students) was just bubbly and full of encouragement.

    Magic! I approached my session with sore, overworked hips and a generous dose of skepticism that much could be done about it. But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING! The magnetic field created little twitches in all of the tiny stabilizer muscles and deeply located crevices of my core. Tension in places where I didn’t feel sore responded to the therapy magically with a twitch and release. Now I know where to go when my hips need a tune-up after a series of tough core workouts.

    I really liked Ashley’s teaching style and emphasis on form. She reminds me of Emily Calhoun in the best way. I also liked her music. I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?

    This man is amazing. Every single person in this room was a vibe. I felt like I was in a music video and had one of the best cardio sweats ever.     This was one of my favorite classes I've ever done at Row House. Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
