The workout is intense but you adapt to how you can do it. I will definitely go back again! Thank you Jason for being such an amazing instructor!

The contrast therapy was deeply relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and recharged. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and experience the benefits of sauna and cold plunge, I highly recommend checking them out!
