すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed my 1st hot yoga class. My husband and I liked the gentle to moderate stretches (some may have thought some were difficult). We liked the heat that made us sweat a lot. We made it all to the 47-50 minute marks and then had to go out of the room to cool off a bit. We then went back in and completed the class. The instructor, Alexa, was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend and will be going back. Recommend bringing 1 towel per person besides your yoga mat towel and at least 1 water per person, ideally with Liquid IV in it.
