すべてのレビューを表示This was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

すべてのレビューを表示I love Vaishali”s class! I was lucky to be the only one in class so she took the time to correct my technique, and we got the chance to practice more advanced poses. He usual flows are good too in terms of pacing and level of challenge. This will be my usual Thursday evening go-to :)

すべてのレビューを表示I agree with other users that this Corepower could use a refresh ✨ the facility is a bit worn down (mostly restrooms). I do enjoy the classes though and as a ClassPass user am satisfied. Does this Corepower incentivize me to get a Corepower membership? Not really. Will I be back as a ClassPass user? Most likely!

I love that no matter how long I’ve been away, when I come back she always helps me correct my form and makes sure I’m getting the most out of every movement. Her energy is so positive and welcoming, and the vibes in class are always high. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and creating a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

This was such a cool experience & even though I definitely struggled with the paddle board portion, she took her time to guide me and made me feel safe in the water.
