SSE - Spine Specific Exercise 1
すべてのレビューを表示the facilities and the ambiance are really nice and calming. i also appreciate how they serve free tea and snacks to clients. coach arianne was really patient considering 2/3 of us in the class were first timers. she really took the time to explain which muscles are being activated and how each move would benefit the spine. i also came from [the hardest] a pilates session right before the class and this was a good post-workout stretch after pilates!

Gellish Hands With Pampered Feet
すべてのレビューを表示Small and cozy salon/studio. I was the last customer at 7PM and the staff were very courteous and the service did not feel rushed. I requested to have my pre existing gel to be drilled off, but I guess the ate was not sanay with it, so we went with soak offs instead. Overall 10/10 service!
