The coach is likewise very knowledgeable and clearly gave us instructions. She allowed us to do the exercises at our own pace. The studio is also very cozy. Their cafe is also a must try! 💕

It was a completely different experience from the other studios I’ve been to. The right muscles were activated and were sore the next day, and rightfully so! I felt so much stabler and stronger. I requested to have my pre existing gel to be drilled off, but I guess the ate was not sanay with it, so we went with soak offs instead. Overall 10/10 service!

すべてのレビューを表示I truly loved my first ever one on one session with Coach Pat. She guided me in every exercise and made sure that I keep my spine upright and in proper form all of the time. We got to try at least 3 equipments and I think that, if it's your first time ever doing private sessions, reformer would definitely be part of the session. Coach Pat was truly hands on, caring and supportive of my spine's wide range of motions since I'm hypermobile. All in all I learned so much about our session and I'll definitely book another one with her if time permits.

She guided me, made corrections, and gave me pointers for my short spine and climb a tree – all of which, I truly appreciate. The studio is really clean and nice and I like the small class size. すべてのレビューを表示Super enjoyed my one on one with Coach Liz! 🌸 Ahead of the session I informed them I'm recovering from a wrist injury so I wanted to do a one on one as I return to pilates. Before we started she also checked my posture and guided me through the session using exercises that will address my back and hip concerns and work around my wrist. Already telling my friends to go with me next time. Love the aesthetic of the studio too and the warmth of Sheena at the front desk 🩷

Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. She spotted my scoliosis and modified the movements for me, which I appreciated 😊 be back soon!
