すべてのレビューを表示Coach Fred was very accomodating for beginners like me. When I say beginner, I literally never knew the basics so it was really a fun session. Good thing I work out every now and then so the whole program wasn’t shocking for me. I’ll definitely come back!!

すべてのレビューを表示First time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.
