After a long break from exercise, this class was a unique and refreshing way to get back into it. The challenging workout in the heat pushed me, but Olay’s encouragement kept me motivated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an engaging and effective workout!

Drinking water is provided, just bring your own tumblers & there are also several shower areas that are very spacious. Wished there’s a locker area though as open cabinets was only provided for our things.

The middle barre was a bit unstable but they did say they will replace it with a better one so looking forward to that so we can do the positions/moves more confidently. Loved the cool down portion where we were almost in total darkness even though it was 10 AM. Really love this beautiful studio and thoughtful details. Glad they have NF Fit Club besides dance classes 🤎

すべてのレビューを表示There's free parking in the building. Equipment are new and great! You get your own gym band to secure your lockers. Staff are nice and friendly. Few people even at 5pm and 6pm. The locker room is so-so but they provide a towel and there's soap and shampoo
