すべてのレビューを表示Such a fun beginner-friendly class! Started with a full-body warm-up before learning the Basic Pole Sit, Basic Pole Climb, and Pole Sit Lean. It was a great mix of strength, technique, and confidence-building. Huge thanks to Teacher Jihan for being so patient and encouraging. I had trouble finding the studio, but she was very understanding.

すべてのレビューを表示Will book again! We outnumbered the hammocks but coach Aly was very attentive she gave us all one on one coaching, made sure we did the correct sequence and looked magical doing it. I appreciated the good warm up and cool down, got us ready to perform.
