It was clear she was very knowledgeable and her techniques were great! The salon was very clean and nice as well. I really enjoyed my gua sha lymphatic drainage facial and would recommend it to anyone. I will absolutely be back soon!

I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon. There was no check in for Classpass, but they accepted that I paid ahead of time when I showed my reservation and let me give only the tip.

He carefully warmed up the muscles and ligaments before providing a true deep tissue massage. When I said it, they said “we told you it was $100”. I definitely would not have agreed to it if they had said it was that much up front. They confirmed there are no additional fees (no tax), and since tip is customary for any service I did give a tip (bring cash if you can!). She did such an excellent job! In the personal assessment, I learned about my posture such as the curvatures of my spine, hip tilt and the placement of my feet. I learned how to activate my core and to decompress my spine. Both exercises taught in the one-on-one and ELDOA has helped to alleviate pain in a few days, while addressing the root issues . Enquing is professional, intelligent, a good listener, and kind. He is also very attentive! From the one-on-one sessions you receive detailed notes from him with a plan of action. I would recommend exploring the Wellness Within Studio, especially when you haven't gotten far ahead with your situation through physical therapy!

The studio was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the trainer was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. The session was incredibly efficient and effective. I felt the contractions in places I didn't know existed, and I could tell that my muscles were working hard. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they provided workout clothes.
