    Individualized Group Fitness

    The training session was wonderful! First, Danny was extremely attentive and took time to explain, demonstrate and observe each exercise to ensure proper form. Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.

    Dropped in to a Saturday partner WOD. Community was inviting and gym very clean with showers and sink to wash shaker cup. Street parking is challenging to find so arrive early to give yourself time. It’s Jersey in the city, parking is always hard to find anywhere. Workout was intense and athletes were helpful.
