すべてのレビューを表示Vanessa was an excellent instructor. Her directions were clear, and the class was easy to follow. While it wasn’t the most intense Pilates workout, there were still moments where I felt the burn, and the stretching felt amazing.

She explained every movement clearly and step by step, which made it easy to follow and build a strong foundation. I also really appreciated how detailed her guidance was, especially with the positioning of the arms and legs. She made sure everyone understood each movement and felt comfortable. Highly recommend!
