すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was very knowledgeable and goes around to help everyone. The class is relatively small which allowed the instructor to notice everyone. Very good for anyone who wants to renew their basics or start their Pilates journey here. Non-judgemental environment!! Haha but their doors are abit discreet so I took some time to find it :’) just look at the signs!!

すべてのレビューを表示I took a risk trying this place knowing the reviews on hard selling. It wasn't too pushy, though I didnt appreciate the money talk during the massage ("I let you try something that usually costs an exta $130"), or being asked about packages upon entry & exit. There's also a lack of consistency, i.e. certain techniques done on one side of the body wasn't done on the other side. Space was decent
