すべてのレビューを表示Really good class. I was nervous about going as have been out of the gym for a while and am very unfit. Bianca was so kind and welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was there to check my form and didn’t make me feel bad when I couldn’t keep up. Was a good all round workout, with compound, a weights based circuit and then abs and stretching. Will be going back for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示Coming from a qualified personal trainer the session was excellent. Excellent warm up for all levels, main part of the session spot on with varied difficulty, finisher was tough 😅. Will be going back 👊🏿
