One of the very rare spin instructors who is hyper aware of the well-being of students - helping to have good and proper form whilst still pushing us to be better, be conscious of where we are that day and set intentions and leaving the place with much gratitude! I also like that there are only two blocks to prevent me from feeling confused and overwhelmed with the different workouts I have to do. Attending his class regularly will make you stronger week by week. When you attend regularly, he will call you out if you're going too fast or even to push a little bit further but it's always in an uplifting and motivating way. The gym has a training schedule (different phases throughout the year etc.) so it’s probably more holistic and helpful to come in for the long term.

(Unlike most people at BFT) my friend helped me modify/ scale down most of the exercises - but usually the coaches will also come up to me to help me improve my form and suggest modifications too. The coaches are super patient with me, and stay until I get it right - which I appreciated. The gym is relatively big, so despite the full class I didn’t feel like it was chaotic and I still felt like I had sufficient space for myself.
