Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

The class was unexpectedly good for a beginner! Marco is a great instructor, he is firm & I felt guided being my first HIIT class. The space is at a rooftop - easily located at The Row, equipped with sauna rooms and cold plunge tubs to end the class. Definitely will come back for the other classes!

I had a wonderful experience with the bioherbal steam treatment. They uses natural ingredients like lemongrass and ginger, and it's really relaxing! The lady boss and her husband are very nice, chatty, and friendly, which makes the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I also loved the hair scalp treatment and the face care ice lollipop style treatment. Their price is very affordable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants natural care and relaxation!
