Its a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)

I’ve been to a few sports massages, but this has been my favourite so far. Zu Yan is very thorough with his approach. I really appreciate how he asks about my concerns or problem areas first and focuses specifically on those instead of just giving a general full-body massage. He’s also very careful and gentle when working on tight or sensitive muscles, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. After the massage, I felt a great sense of release and my body felt much lighter and more relaxed. You can tell he genuinely wants to help with recovery rather than just rushing through the treatment. I’ll definitely come back again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a proper sports recovery massage.

the place is very quiet n calm. clean and well maintained. the staff were quick to start the session. the massage was good with pressure but I felt a bit rushing since I was th last customer. the bath experience was relaxing. they also offer me free sauna session. over all experience was good.

The whole process of the hair treatment was great. An extra big big bonus was the amazing head massage! Also so nice to get a nice hair styling with great curls too. Left truly rejuvenated. My new go to place for sure!

Sooo grateful I decided to choose this place to ease up my leg pain during my 7 days trip to Bangkok. All the staffs are very friendly, helpful and always make sure I’m okay throughout the session. They did a superb job in explaining everything before the session and make sure whether I’ve done it before or no. After the session they also offered me the herbal tea. Sadly I didn’t get their names but hopefully the owner can see who’s in charge based on the session schedule and give them the appreciation they deserved! One minor thing there were this group of girls making conteng and it’s quite loud and I was a bit anxious that I would accidentally be in frame but all g I know I’d be like that as well when I’m with my friends. Hope I could be back here when I’m back to Bangkok!
