'Scalp Treatment (1 Step)
Really enjoyed the 4 step hair treatment. The hair stylists are very kind and friendly. The salon itself is very comfortable and at a great location. The only feedback I would give is that for the scalp treatment that I added on maybe it would be nicer if they can really get it onto the scalp and massage it in when washing it so that we can feel squeaky clean after the service. But all in all I really enjoyed and would highly recommend. The blow out after was also really nicely done! my hair feels soft and smooth.

Really enjoyed the 4 step hair treatment. The hair stylists are very kind and friendly. The salon itself is very comfortable and at a great location. stanley did my hair for me! he gave me detailed explanations about what my hair looked like, and then what he visualised my hair was gonna look like (cuz i had no idea what to do w my hair). he even showed me a reference photo! ive never been treated so professionally before and i loved the hairstyle. he gave me styling techniques that even i can do to keep my hairstyle the same as how he did it too! will go back again when i become rich one day (the price point i must say is not for the weak even though its worth it)

I did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!

The salon was very quiet which I appreciated and the service was great. They gave a complimentary hair mask because of my dry hair and the massage was so good that I fell asleep haha. My hair stylist Syitha also did a good job and I really liked how my hair turned out :)

He was very transparent, even mentioning that the treatment might slightly fade my current purple hair colour , a level of honesty you don’t always get. But honestly, the result exceeded my expectations. My hair turned slightly lighter, yet it looked even more refined smoother, shinier, and with a healthy glow that feels effortlessly luxurious. The entire session took about 2.5 hours, and every moment felt well taken care of. Drinks were served, adding to the relaxed, pampering atmosphere. What stood out the most? Absolutely no hard selling. Just genuine, professional service focused on delivering results. Overall, it felt less like a routine hair appointment and more like a curated self-care experience. Definitely a place I would return to — and highly recommend if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and results in one visit.
