Class was well structured. Studio was spacious with windows (which can be opened if needed), with shower and lockers too

She doesn’t throw every detail at us at once—instead, she breaks the combo down, builds things up gradually, and always pointing our mistakes out. It's so much easier to digest and improve with her help, and i can really tell how much effort she puts in teaching. Will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Mr Rudy is a great teacher, he’s really good at giving corrections while keeping this beginners class interesting by adding some more slightly challenging moves. Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

すべてのレビューを表示I love Paige's energy! Her instructions were loud and clear, I have no issues in following them as a beginner. I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
