Even when I was wanting to give up his push, drove me to finish class strong. It was a harder class than what I’m used to, but it pushed me to do more!! He is so sweet. Would 100% take him again!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was challenging but not too difficult to keep up with for beginners. This was my first barre class and I absolutely loved it. The energy of the studio from the front desk to the instructor to the class participants was very upbeat. The class itself was fast paced to feel a sweat, but not too fast to where I couldn’t keep up even though it was my first time. It’s the next day and I definitely feel a burn in my thighs and abs as expected because all of the small intentional movements we did in class yesterday burned then lol I will definitely be back. This is my new favorite studio!!
