    Great instructor, vibes, amenities! The provided mats are narrower & have less grip than what I’m used to so maybe bring your own mat if that would bother you. Other than that, excellent experience. I’ll be back!

    Flow class specifically: love the combo of barre and yoga together. Just make sure you wear sticky socks with extra strong grip. Yoga flows on carpet *and* with socks is challenging. Becky is a wonderful instructor. Very knowledgeable and encouraging.
