She was so encouraging and supportive throughout the entire workout — I especially loved hearing her say, “Yes, you can, beautiful ladies!” 💕 She had an amazing warm-up, gave clear and helpful instructions, and made the entire class so easy to follow. She struck the perfect balance—challenging us enough to make it a great workout without making anyone feel pressured. She was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the session. I'm only in town for five more days, but this class has inspired me to start taking reformer Pilates when I get back to Abu Dhabi. Thank you for such a positive first experience!
