すべてのレビューを表示Taken her class several times now and it’s my favorite strength workout class. The class itself is very similar to the weights portion of orange theory. They have screens everywhere showing you the moves and you do them all for set intervals. I’m not a fan of CrossFit and to me this is different than circuit work. The workouts always leave me sore! It’s great and they vary, and are creative with their equipment. The instructor is phenomenal, she clearly knows form well and directs the class really clearly.

すべてのレビューを表示Tanner makes working out so fun and playful. I love this class bc I’m getting good movement, stretching and strengthening while playing games so I’m laughing and not paying attention to how long I’ve held a plank or how many squats I’ve done. 10/10 highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示I had such an incredible time. 10 out of 10 experience. The playlist was on point. instructors very knowledgeable, fun, and approachable. The space was welcoming and clean. Bonus points playlist was 🔥 and I loved how the instructor matched her choreograph to the beat of the music.
