すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time at this studio and I absolutely loved it. The space is clean, beautiful and inviting. I needed a nervous system reset and I definitely got that after this class. Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. I left this class feeling lighter, more grounded and a lot less anxious than when I walked in. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful class! Thank you Liza x
