It was slow paced which I used to think was equal to boring but this class showed me otherwise, loved it! Will come back again 🩷

She gave me a full tour and helped me understand everything I needed to know with the equipment etc. I definitely should’ve gone with beginner settings even as an experienced sauna goer because these pods are intense!!! Everything was super clean and I had a wonderful experience.

すべてのレビューを表示This was so zen. I loved the altar Natasha set up and pulled some tarot for myself as well as a card that said wellness. It felt very rooted and grounded in the things I’ve been working to be mindful of and paralleled by the breath work, sound bath and nidra through the body. I love the vibe of the studio and how it’s an entire collective dedicated to health, wellness and spirituality. I cannot wait to come back and try metal yoga!

I told her I was feeling stressed from work and had a lot on my mind, and my goal was complete relaxation. She asked me to think of a color that brought me peace and happiness, and I chose yellow. Throughout the massage, she gently reminded me to focus on that color, which helped me quiet my mind and truly relax. The massage itself was wonderful, but what really stood out was the care and intention she put into helping me mentally unwind as well. I left feeling completely at ease, and I still feel great today. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for both physical relaxation and stress relief.
