すべてのレビューを表示Visiting from OOT- was apprehensive at first based on other reviews. I do a lot of hot Pilates and was pleasantly surprised! The room was not as hot as I was used to but I felt like it let me focus more on form and consistency. Sweet coaches and a clean studio!

すべてのレビューを表示Colleen was great! It was a small class size but I didn’t mind it because I felt like I could take my time and had some more one on one time with the instructor going through the moves. This was my first reformer Pilates class and I would definitely come back. I feel like it was a mild level of difficulty and I need to practice more core, control and balance but that will come with time.
