すべてのレビューを表示After a long week, my body was feeling tired and achy going into April‘s Saturday morning yoga class. This class was exactly what I needed! She really listened to how my body was feeling and intentionally added yoga poses to both address specific body aches as well as to adapt poses that were not a good fit for me. At the end of class, I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and most all of the pain in my body had been relieved. I also very much enjoyed the interaction with April. While online yoga videos are available, having a yoga session with April included specific poses that I needed today and it was great to have the presence of such a kind, compassionate person like April. Thank you so much! Namaste💜
