When I came in they told me they make it whenever the customer comes in, so it stays fresh. That’s a huge plus because who doesn’t love eating their food still hot! I told them I’d have to move my car then, and the gentleman was very kind and actually offered to run my food out to my car! I’ve never heard of this, this is above and beyond hospitable. Not to mention how kind and welcoming they were when I first came in! 10/10 recommend this place

I ordered through the Class Pass app, and she noticed that one of my orders went to a different location. Talitha called that location and got the situation straightened out. Therefore, I was able to get all my six orders at the West Hollywood location, which is where I had placed the orders. Thank you for catching the mistake, Talitha! I showed the order confirmation when i got there as instructed on the app and they started preparing my order then. I had to wait for 20-25 minutes because it was peak dinner hour.
