すべてのレビューを表示Gentle and relaxing class. Lots of stretching. Mercy's voice is calming and clear. My one issue is that the room was rather warm at the start - maybe from a previous class. The studio is close to the Metro station, so it's great not to worry about parking!

すべてのレビューを表示I have been wanting to try a hot sculpt class for a long time and I finally was brave enough to sign up. It was VERY hard but I felt really proud I made it through. Carolina was an amazing instructor and I really enjoyed her playlist. This is my favorite place for hot yoga.

I learned I’m limited in toe mobility and WILL be practicing 🙏🏼 I’ll also be returning, Sunday, for a sound bath, because it all just felt right 👌🏼

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed Mark’s class. It felt different from what most studios in LA offer, and that’s exactly what stood out to me. His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.
