Mat Restorative Heated
すべてのレビューを表示Incredible class. I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. If you train or take Pilates then adding this class to your routine is a must. Your body will thank you! Believe it or not you still may be sore the next day from the deep stretches. I loved Delilah’s energy and pace! Will for sure take again and again.

At Hydration Room®, a vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic, we support our patients…Cold & Flu IV Therapy
すべてのレビューを表示I was pretty nervous doing IV therapy. I didn’t even realize you could try it via ClassPass! So that was a nice surprise. I hadn’t been feeling good, and my husband suggested trying IV therapy to see if it would help some symptoms I was having. The fact that I could try it with ClassPass made it a much easier decision to give a first try. When I arrived, the facility was extremely bright, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist checked me in right away, even though their Wi-Fi was down. I didn’t wait long to fill out any of the forms. Had a quick phone consultation with their nurse practitioner to go over everything healthwise. Was seen right away by the nurse to put the IV needle in. She was extremely patient and calm with me since I’m nervous with needles. She was very good at distracting me with conversation to get my mind off of it. And then sat in the larger room and a comfy recliner and they gave me my fluids. Receptionist came by to offer water or tea, which was nice because I could feel my nerves catching on. I took a chamomile tea to calm me down lol. I’m not sure if I’m the right patient for IV therapy. Even though needles make me nervous, I may be back, solely, for the fact that the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall.

すべてのレビューを表示The cold and flu injections are amazing. I opt for the two doses instead of one. Both times I have done them, the injections made me feel so much better. Worth every penny especially since I fly coast to coast for work and sometimes have to get on a 4-5 hour flight regardless of how I’m feeling (with a mask).

I felt very safe and supported in her chair and I’m excited to go back as soon as possible!
