I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and so much more aligned in my body. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the care/attention to detail was amazing. She really worked through my tension, and I left feeling relaxed and so much better overall. My only wish is that the massage had lasted longer because it felt so good! One of the things I love most about Great Bodywork and Spa is the thoughtful touches at the end of your service. They offer water, tea, and a Rice Krispies treat, which always helps me feel refreshed before heading out. May my masseuse was amazing and she checked in throughout the whole massage too see if everything was okay. Also, the head part of the bed was also a little unstable / lopsided and left my neck feeling uncomfortable. Not sure if the CBD oil did much for me either.
