I wasn't sure what to expect since it was a last-minute appointment thru class pass, so I wasn't expecting a great masseuse tbh. but... wow wow wow You can tell Nadine is experienced and has healing powers in those fingertips! I had someone else and she was great, wonderful neck massage too. There was an event happening so music was a bit loud but also a lot of free snacks and drinks, unexpected and fun surprise. Geet (hope I spelled her name right) is amazing and obviously very knowledgeable about skincare/skin types and she just exudes peace. My only suggestion would be to let guests know what to expect next because at one point I was left alone for about 10 minutes (for the steam to do it's thing) but I wasn't told when she would come back or anything.
